Hi David,

Thanks for the real Honest video, I do believe every thing you said is correct and one day I plan to make it online with lots of hard work and determination.

Thanks

Hi Dave. You hit the nail right on top of it’s head when you said reading a lot improves your brain and decision making. Also, their is so much truth in reading without taking action is nothing more than dreaming of a better life and not getting the results you would with taking action. I think most of us think making money on line is as easy as putting up a website and believing people will come with their wallets open with credit cards and cash and buy everything you’re promoting. I know for a fact that nobody with an online business is going make a million dollars overnight, it takes time sweat, and tears before you see a real profit in your business. Enjoyed your video and wish you the best in your business.

Excellent advice. And nice to know that when David said he’s not going to try to sell you anything in this video – he meant it!

David,

Thanks for your very candid and honest comments.

Yes I agree, we need to constantly improve our learning skils, and
learn to earn, and become a leader by being consistent.

I wish you all the best.

Good Luck

Hi David,
I am trying my best to do self-improvement work (energy work) as well as find my way in the IM jungle. I already do make a little bit of money online but as you say, there is no quick way. In my case, its dripping cash instead of raining cash. At first, I used to believe all those sales letters and new shiny products promising to “print cash on demand”, I am still looking for the printer :-)
The point is, I have no other choice but to succeed with this IM stuff eventually.
I’ve seen a lot of Guru videos already and have a bunch of videos (Free, just cover S&H) on the shelf, but your looks genuine (unlike a lot of the hype ones).

David, your advice to start reading books about power of thoughts or power of focus may scare so many newbies who never took a book into their hands.LOL I guess a process of making money online has to begin from the point when a “newcomer” is lucky enough to found a RIGHT information.95% of newbies fail due to the lack of this information.Internet is overfilled by tons of garbage and new players on the field have no idea what is right and what is not.
Let’s wish every new guy/gal who came to this site to become lucky and begin their journey with a right information in their hands.Since that point it becomes much easier than everybody thinks.Just keep in mind:”You have to follow successful people! If you do not found them, look what everybody around is doing and make an opposite!” Hope it is a right recipe for a success.

Dear David,

Thanks for an honest explanation. It’s excellent to hear, because it is so true. Myself, I’m a lemonade maker. I’ve made plenty of mistakes, and I’m still learning.

Working hard and working smarter are absolutely necessary, in addition to staying focused on the exact vision of success we want to create.

Thanks for your help, David, I’m a newbie to your list!

Happy Retirement!

I’ll give it 18 months max!

Waiting for 12pm to-morrow!

I am in China……………

Hi David,

Loved the honesty in your video – very refreshing.

I always read before bed and have done so since I was 6. But it has always been fiction at bedtime.

Guess I should switch to the non-fiction teaching books at bedtime and get out of the fantasy worlds!

I’ll try that and see what happens, though I will miss traveling to a fictional place before sleep!

Great work, and thanks for the insight.

Best regards,
Lynne

Thanks for the great video David I tell people this all the time, you can never stop learning you always need to read and keep up with what is happening in your own niche market. I know I have been online for 6 years while I am not as financially successful as some who have been online as long as I have, I have a passion for what I do and I will one day be making the money I see to support not only my show but also my family as well. :)

Thanks again for being so honest!

Hi David
great info, Books do change your outlook on life. But experience can not be read, it can only be achieved by the practical aspect.
enjoyed the video thanks

Hey David,

Go a head and say what you gotta say because all is true. I agree on all that you’ve said.

Keep it up with good content.

Thank You

Hi David,

Some great advice as usual. I would add from experience that attendance at one of the live Internet Marketing seminars is worth a weekend. Many are junk pitch fests but there are some leaders who require presenters to give real knowledge before they pitch the product.

I will be forwarding your video…thanks.

Hello David,
Thanks for all the great information not only in this video, but all the videos and emails you have sent me since I’ve opted in your list a few short months ago. When I started out in the IM field 4 months ago I had zero experience in the field and very little computer skills. In order to overcome this learning curve,I have been and will always be an avid reader. Always invest in the quest for knowledge, its the smart thing to do! Although I have yet to taste any real succe$$, I know its around the corner. I learn something everyday. Knowledge + action always equals success.
Thanks again David your information and inspiration are truly appreciated.

P.S. I always open email David Cheyne sends to my inbox because I know it has something of value.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for sharing the information you just posted. Your are right about one thing that I have not been doing and it’s focusing exactly on what I need to start doing. All of the things you do and share with your readers are just exactly what everyone on here is trying to achieve. I’ll admit, my past has never been successful nor is it today with my full time job. The island’s growth is at risk here. Folks here on the island are not in to this sort of thing but I am learning that it is going to be the world’s gateway. I truly appreciate your honesty and most of all what you had gone through the many years to make what you are doing one of the best programs that I have ever seen. Please light a candle for me and my family tonight, I will be needing it. As they say when times are going tough and our self esteem is low, we should not be looking at the negative things in life but the positive things. I really appreciate your work and what you have given to help me improve now compared to what I was doing then. It’s getting better and I have a bit confidence but until I see results to me this is still what I need more work on. It will take time. God Bless.

Hey David,

You’re so right. And I agree with you totally. Reading is the only way to gain more knowledge. I was always looked at as a weird one cause I loved to read all kinds of books. I’ve got shelves overflowing with them.

Recently read The Four Hour Workweek(Timothy Ferriss), Rich Dad Poor Dad (Robert Kiyosaki) and How I made my first million on the Internet(Ewen Chia). Have you read any of those? About to dive into Rule # 1(Phil Town).

Your suggestions for books also seem interesting I’ll give those a try some day.

J.J. Alcock

Very encouraging words Dave, I been at this for some time myself and your right the most important thing that anyone can do is to develope the skills needed to become a success.

If you are new at internet marketing I suggest you learn as much as you can and when you start making some profits lerans some more. There a no free lunches in life so take charge of yours.

David,
Just watched your video, very good, I believe everything you said.
I read a lot anyway, but I have only just started reading before going to bed, before I saw your video, so it’s good to know I am on the right track.
I also believe that you need to surround yourself with positive not negative people as they can drag you down. It is also good to be involved with successful people, but if that is not possible, I would watch and listen to as much videos and audios as possible to put you in right frame of mind.
Finally I would say READ/LISTEN/WATCH, LEARN(the required info),then take ACTION(most important).

Take care
Phil

I am right now reading the Ewen Chia book too. I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad many years ago, and his books are still among my favourites in my library. Reading another one of his right now on real estate investing.

Thanks for sharing!

Hi David -

Very much enjoyed your comments on keeping ones self educated and informed. You never know what kind of knowing you will pick up along the way. Reading for me has been a life-long pleasure. I much prefer reading about history and how it has affected, altered and added to my enjoyment of the written word. Then there is always the thrill of a new fictional find that is out of the ordinary that give you a thrill of finding something especially enlightening and wonderful.

Keep up the good work of instilling that sense of curiosity and involvement with all things.

Judith

Hi David

Great advice reading and setting goals I try to do one thing a day. that way even by taking small steps you suddenly find that you have achieved a lot.
I think the hardest part is for people to move out of there comfort zone and just do it, and when you find out that no one is watching you and laughing at you then you start to get on and do things.

The best quote I have heard is by Marlon Sanders “Half Done An’t Done”
take care and keep the good work up

David, thanks for the advice! I think I found a couple of online businesses that will work. I’m working as hard as I can.

Honesty on all levels on your part is refreshing, especially in internet marketing.
Success will be yours and for those who follow your advice.
Persistance will reward us all.

Hello and thanks for the grounding knowledge of reading, I have been reading for eight months solid online and have encountered some wonderful and honest guys out there. Learning and reading go hand in hand it is an adventure you have to keep up with, it is sorting out the good information from the bad; there is no such thing as a “quick buck”. My fist six months were pitfalls into quick buck schemes, thanks again for practical advice to one and all.

Hi David,

Great video and very honest (brutally so, some would say!). I have recently been interested in moving into the IM field as a way to advance my MLM business.

Unfortunately, like you say, there are a load of people around that are ready to to take your money on a hyped up so-so product so It is great to find someone who shoots from the hip!

I did get a warm fuzzy feeling when you mentioned Butterfly Marketting because I have been on Mike’s list for some time and have just ordered the course on his latest offer for just S&H!

All the best

Hey Dave

Nice to hear some sincere honesty.
Thanks

I bookmarked this site, Thank you for good job!

Hi David,

Wow, nice job…I commend you for your honesty as I can honestly say many say you can make a six figure income online quickly…Far from the truth…I come from an entrepenuer family so I’ve been know to make good six fixures, run an off-line business, etc…Honestly, online marketing has been a struggle for me as I’ve been part of many opportunities but have yet to mnake anything close to what I know can be done…Yes I do have a day job so my nights are spent on the computer learning and reading as you say…I’m getting closer but still trying to find the missing link…I’m sure my persistance will prevail as I’m committed like you were to find success…Good luck to everyone reading this info as David is 100% correct in his video…

Kind Regards,
Travis
